Telemetry LPN

Department: Telemetry Unit Employment Type: Per Diem/ PRN Shifts Available: Variable Hours: 12-hour shifts- 7:00 am to 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm to 7:00 am Location: St. Mary's Medical Center- Blue Springs, MO We are seeking a Telemetry LPN to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced telemetry/acute care unit. This role includes cardiac monitoring, assessment of vital signs, medication administration, and documentation.

and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to): Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment, identifying and reporting abnormalities Assess, record, and document vital signs and patient status accurately in the medical record Notify clinical staff of significant changes in patient condition or telemetry readings Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide basic care support Educate patients and families on telemetry monitoring and collaborate with RNs to support care delivery Qualifications Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers.
