Full-time | Night Shift How you’ll make an impact in this role Specialty Shift Oversight: Lead shift operations and staff work-flows across high-acuity specialty units to deliver quality clinical care. Strategic Planning: Exercise independent judgment to prioritize shift work-flows, align physician dynamics, and adapt to changing patient needs. Acuity & Productivity Management: Distribute population-appropriate patient assignments while maintaining unit productivity metrics and managing variances.
Resource & Service Optimization: Secure essential clinical supplies, equipment, and resources to support uninterrupted shift delivery. Talent Growth & Resolution: Serve as a front-line advocate to resolve care concerns while contributing to staff hiring, education, and performance reviews. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
