Support team excellence through active supervision and mentorship of nursing staff, fostering a culture of clinical accountability.
Maintain an Active RN License and clinical leadership experience to ensure all patient care journeys are documented with precision and regulatory integrity. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required. Additional Preferences: Clinical: 3+ years as an RN with Athena EMR knowledge. Technical: Skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, reporting, and PowerPoint.
