Days | PRN How you’ll make an impact in this role Manages hospital-wide clinical operations and throughput during assigned shifts, serving as the primary administrative and clinical resource for nursing leadership. Coordinates patient placement, admissions, and transfers to optimize bed capacity and align staffing allocations with real-time unit acuity. Responds to hospital emergencies, rapid responses, and code events, providing expert clinical leadership and crisis intervention.
Resolves immediate operational barriers, mediates staff and family concerns, and ensures strict adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
