Department: ER Up to $20,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months. Reporting to the Emergency Director of Patient Care Services/Shift Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process. Graduation from Nursing School Minimum Experience/Skills: Required: 2 years Emergency Nursing/Flight Nursing or Intensive Care Experience License/Certificates/Credentials: Must remain current at all times California RN license; ACLS and PALS (New Grad only - within 6 months of hire/transfer), TNCC (New Grad or new to the ED - within months of hire/transfer). Must obtain National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) education module within 6 months of hire or transfer into unit and must maintain thereafter.
