Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse. Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.#READ QualificationsEducation RequirementsBachelor of Science in Nursing OR - Certification in specialty by recognized accrediting agency OR enrolled in RN to BSN or RN to MSN program with minimum 6 credits completed within previous 12 monthsExperienceMust be Facilitator and Preceptor trained.
