This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where nurses work closely with an interdisciplinary team to support patients throughout their treatment and recovery. Night Shift, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient careProvide evidence-based nursing care to adult medical and post-surgical patientsMonitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical statusAdminister medications, treatments, and interventions according to established standardsEducate patients and families regarding care plans, treatments, and discharge needsCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate safe, effective patient careMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationPromote patient safety, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience What We're Looking ForEducation: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.

One year relevant experience, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Why Choose Novant Health?
