✓Active Registered Nurse licensure in the State of California.
Certifications

✓Active American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Qualifications
✓Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital inpatient, radiology, or infusion center setting.
✓Ability to communicate well with other team members, research groups, clinical staff, patients, and their families. Willingness to provide assistance to other team members when needed.
✓Excellent attendance and punctuality.
✓Ability to safely work near MRI, CT, PET, and SPECT scanners as well as radiopharmaceuticals.
✓Ability to safely set up equipment for procedures and position patient on the scanner table.
✓Ability to coordinate tasks among a variety of studies and multiple patients.
✓Ability to go between multiple sites in a given shift.
✓Excellent IV skills.
✓Experience completing a nursing history that includes patient and family medical history, psychosocial, cultural factors, nutritional and special needs of the patient's physical status within department timeframes.
Completion of MRI safety Level II and Radiation Safety Trainings. preferred
Experience in an outpatient/ambulatory care setting. preferred
Experience in radiology clinical research experience. preferred
Experience with MRI and Radiation safety procedures and screening, including implementation in outpatient setting. preferred
Experience working around radioactive materials and caring for patients receiving investigational radionucleotide infusions and radiotracers. preferred
Experience administering imaging contrast agents via hand injection and power injector. preferred
Experience with consenting for clinical trials. preferred
Experience/Familiarity with a variety of patient populations. preferred
Maintains knowledge base consistent with new technology, procedures, and interventions specific to patient groups and their families. preferred
