Database Administration and Technical Support - Coordination of services, projects and liaison with ITG and vendors related to all computer/phone programs, devices, and communication including Riskonnect/Clearsight, Terra Dotta, Worker and Student Injury Reporting System, and Claim History system. - Main point of contact with ITG and vendors for system upgrades. - Riskonnect– Primary administrator of rights and responsibilities to include creating new user accounts; changing rights of existing users; creating new fields and/or additions to existing drop down menus; managing various import elements; formalize written departmental policies associated with same; provide basic to intermediate training...
