Glenridge Memory Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide direct care to individuals living with memory loss in a supportive, resident-centered environment. We go beyond medicine to build meaningful relationships while delivering care that aligns with professional nursing standards and the unique needs of each resident.

Contributes to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans based on data collection to optimize outcomes and maximize resources. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
Provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Effectively assists in and delegates patient care to ancillary personnel. May precept student nurses and new hires.
Your
Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Maine or the ability to obtain one promptly. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. One year of nursing experience is preferred, but we encourage new graduates to apply!

shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
