As an ICU RN, you will: Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients using evidence-based practices. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in clinical status.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve the best possible outcomes. Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the electronic health record. Delegate and coordinate care activities according to team members' competencies and scope of practice.
Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and infection prevention initiatives. Continue to develop your professional practice through ongoing education and career development opportunities. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire. Minimum of one year of recent ICU experience within the last 36 months.
