Performs patient care and service through a multidisciplinary team approach.

Functions to maintain an environment of competence, caring and concern for patients and staff members. Department: Pain ClinicHours: PRNRequired: ADN; RN; ACLS and BLS/CPR within 90 days of hireResponsibilitiesAssessment- Collects pertinent data and information relative to the patient's health or the situation. Recognizes normal and abnormal findings when gathering data., Assists with Pain Clinic diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, Assists with Pain Clinic diagnostic and therapeutic procedures., Collaborates with physicians and other members of the health care team to address issues related to patients through the process of mutual information sharing, discussion, and decision making., Collaborates with physicians and other members of the health care team to address issues related to patients through the process of mutual information sharing, discussion, and decision making., Consistently documents care and service in accordance with current Plan for Provision of Care, systems (i.e.
