You’ll need
Licensure
✓State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
Certifications

✓Maintain required competencies, certifications, licensure, and continuing education while adhering to organizational policies and safety standards.

✓Associate Degree in Nursing
Qualifications
✓Staff Safety (a wearable badge that allows nurses to quickly and discreetly call for help when safety is a concern)
1 year of emergency department or 18 months of ICU experience preferred
