Here’s What You NeedNursing Diploma Nursing Required OrAssociate's Degree Nursing Required OrBachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program Required1 year of ER experience is preferredRN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required AndBCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required AndACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required AndPALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days RequiredWhat You Will Do Basic Human Needs - Responds to others' priorities regarding safety, physical, psychological and social needs.
