The Department Pool RN responsibilities include: Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team Responsible for professional accountability and development Position fills needs within the OR, CVOR, CVICU and Cath Lab departments For this position, we strongly prefer at least 1 year RN experience in Operating Room Specific
