The Operating Room Charge RN responsibilities include: Proficient in the care of a sub-specialty group of patients utilizing effective managerial skills Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team Is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization Acts as a mentor and resource expert, supports and shares organizational information to all team members Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned For this position, we strongly prefer at least 2 years RN experience in the Operating Room.
Charge or Service Line Coordinator experience preferred. This position is a Service Line Coordinator role focused on the Robotics Service Line in the Operating Room. Strong robotics experience is preferred.
