This position requires exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex clinical information to patients and healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include: Scheduling patient procedures accurately and efficiently Collecting demographic, insurance, and procedure information Providing exceptional service to internal and external customers Delivering clinical examination instructions to patients Documenting patient responses to clinical screening questions Maintaining communication with physician offices and hospital departments regarding scheduled procedures Understanding and applying payer authorization guidelines Performing general clerical duties including answering phones, data entry, and correspondence Supporting scheduling operations across the BayCare Health System Traveling within the BayCare service area as needed Performing other duties as assigned ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Qualifications Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Preferred: Associate Degree in a related field Experience Required: One (1) year of Business
