Under the direction of the director/ charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care. QualificationsEducationGraduate of an accredited nursing program preferredLicensure/Certification/RegistrationFlorida Registered Nurse LicenseBLSACLSPALS (as determined by department)NIH (as determined by department)Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Minimum of two (2) years of Periop, Medical-Surgical and/or Critical Care nursing experience relevant to the department in which the employee will be assigned. Minimum of one (1) year of Emergency Department (ED) experience and at least two (2) years of total Registered Nurse (RN) experience.
