Education
✓High School Diploma or GED required
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Qualifications
✓Demonstrated ability to provide advanced administrative support, including managing executive calendars, preparing complex correspondence and presentations, tracking budgets, and supporting high-level operational needs.
✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization, including executives, physicians, board members, staff, and external stakeholders.
✓Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
✓High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion; sound judgment and ability to make independent decisions.
✓Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills; able to work effectively under pressure and manage frequent interruptions.
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business systems; familiarity with AV and standard office equipment; working knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial concepts.
✓Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while modeling PRIIDE values and fostering a positive team environment.
Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive administrative, executive assistant, or office management experience (preferably in healthcare). preferred
