As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide individualized assessment and treatment for pediatric patients with communication and swallowing disorders while partnering with families and an interdisciplinary care team to promote functional communication, safe swallowing, and participation in everyday activities.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current and unrestricted New Jersey Speech Language Pathologist license. Certification: A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and BLS Provider Certification through American Heart Association.
Pediatric rehabilitation clinical experience is preferred, along with knowledge of communication and swallowing disorders, developmental processes, and evidence-based assessment and treatment approaches.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Ability to work a Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
