Licensure
✓Current, unencumbered clinical license in the state of practice.
Certifications
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS), or Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) are strongly preferred.
Education
✓Clinical degree required (e.g., RN, BSN, APP, PharmD); and Bachelor's degree required; and Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business (MBA), Nursing (MSN), or Public Health (MPH), or related field is required.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in Quality, Patient Safety, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, or Hospital Clinical Department within an acute care hospital system
✓Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing, leading, or significantly contributing to successful CMS surveys and TJC accreditation processes
✓Strong clinical acumen required to conduct thorough, credible investigations of complex patient safety events
✓Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret clinical data and trends.
✓This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
