Education
✓Associate degree (2-year) in Information Technology required.
Qualifications

✓In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
✓Minimum of two (2) or more years of relevant IT experience required.

✓Ability to remain composed in challenging circumstances and help de-escalate stressful situations.
✓Demonstrates active listening, empathy, compassion, and teamwork.
