Transplant Coordinator

The Coordinator is a Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating care for Pre/Post Transplant Patients. They ensure the continuity of patient care through effective communication with the multi-disciplinary team across all areas of transplant services. They utilize an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient’s age-specific needs and deliver appropriate treatment.

Other information: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Graduate of an accredited state approved school/college of Nursing Active, unencumbered RN license from the Arkansas State Board of Nursing A minimum of 2 years experience as an RN. Critical Care or Cardiology or Telemetry experience preferred. Requires the ability to take call for patient support Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
