Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Start Date: 11/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Number of Openings: 2 Join a leading acute-care hospital as an Acute Care Float Registered Nurse in Mountain Home, AR. This contract position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while floating between various units, including critical care, ER, and inpatient rehab. We are looking for dedicated RNs with at least 2 years of experience, including stepdown experience, and previous travel experience is strongly preferred.
Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit. Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Collaborate with all members of the health care team to promote evidence-based care within a healing culture.
May be responsible for pediatric patients when floated to ER, depending on RN's experience. Job
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
Current AR or Compact State RN license in good standing. Certification: BLS required.
2 years of nursing experience with stepdown experience; critical care experience preferred. This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana. GLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
