Lead New Jersey’s highest-volume Cardiac Cath Lab at Morristown Medical Center. You will manage the cath and EP labs as they grow from 5 to 7 Cath Labs and 4 to 6 EP Labs. Home to one of the nation’s largest structural heart programs and the state’s largest EP program.
What You Need Active NJ RN license and BLS Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field 5+ years in a Cath or EP lab 5+ years of management experience Experience managing 4 to 5+ labs Critical care / high-risk experience Experience in a complex medical center or teaching hospital Nice to Have Master’s degree Structural heart program leadership experience
