Quick Look: ARMStaffing is looking for a Manager, Cardiac Cath Lab in Morristown, NJ. Location Morristown, NJ Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule/Shift Flexible start times between 7 AM - 9 AM, 7.5 hours/day, 38 hours/week.
The Manager of the Cardiac Cath Lab will oversee operations within a complex medical center or teaching institution, leading a team responsible for a minimum of 4 to 5 cardiac catheterization labs. This role requires experience in managing high-volume labs and involvement in a structural heart program, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of patient care and safety. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of cath labs, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
Lead and mentor the staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Implement protocols and guidelines for critical care and high-risk patients. Coordinate with other departments to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular audits and quality assurance to maintain compliance with regulations. Required Experience Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a cardiac cath lab or similar setting. Proven track record in managing large-volume cardiac catheterization labs.
