The Cardiac Cath Lab at Morristown Medical Center is seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to join one of the most advanced cardiovascular programs in the nation. This is a rare opportunity to lead operations in New Jersey’s highest-volume Cath Lab, featuring cutting-edge interventional procedures, a robust regional cardiogenic shock program, one of the largest structural heart programs in the country, and the largest electrophysiology (EP) program in the state.

The department is expanding from 5 Cardiac Cath Labs and 4 EP Labs to 7 Cardiac Cath Labs and 6 EP Labs to meet growing demand and continue delivering exceptional care. Required

  • Five (5) years of experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab setting, with at least two (2) years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, equipment, and protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and improving clinical outcomes in high-volume cardiovascular settings.
