• raveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees 1+ experience acceptable Hospital: Orange Park Medical Center Location: Unit: CVOR/703 Building: Main General Information Unit Specifics:
• Number of Beds : 2 CVOR’s
• Patient Ratios : 1-4 cases/day
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Mix of RN and scrub tech
• Type of equipment : Standard OR equipment
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling

• M-F shift coverage plus on call duties, weekends and weekdays
• Floating policy: Usually do not float, if floating needed often support cath lab or main OR
• Patient Experience

• STS Isolated CABG 2-star program Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Previous CVOR experience. Team performs cardiac, thoracic and vascular cases Must have : Strong skills in: Cardiac (CV/PV) AAA Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Fem-Pop Bypass Mitral or Aortic Valve Replacement Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular surgical cases Certifications Required: BLS ACLS preferred Dress Code : (Required uniform)
