Job Details: Job Title: Home Health RN Location: Bridgeton, MO (covering St. Louis City and St. Louis County) Setting: Home Health
$2,500 - $2,700
8am-5pm Contract Length: 8 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler or local
1 year of Medicare certified Home Health experience. 1 year of OASIS experience. HomeCare HomeBase EMR experience highly preferred.
Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting. Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
