Details Acute Care Rehab unit in a hospital setting Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts 13-week assignment Epic EMR used for documentation Requirements Minimum 18 months of relevant experience required Epic EMR experience required and must be reflected in work history Active Occupational Therapy license required if applicable Additional Information Provide occupational therapy services within an acute care hospital setting Former employees must be separated from the health system for at least 1 year, or 18 months if returning to the same facility Maximum of 5 days RTO allowed if not on or near a holiday, reduced to 3 days if on or near a holiday Only one holiday RTO request permitted per assignment Local candidates not accepted; must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility First-time travelers may be considered
