Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Travel OT Home Health jobs in Brooklyn, NY are available for an ASAP start with a 13-week contract. You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, seeing 5 to 6 geriatric clients daily in their homes. You must have an active New York OT license and experience with the geriatric population.

Home health experience is preferred. Responsibilities include conducting in-home assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans to improve daily living skills, providing therapeutic interventions, and documenting care using Homecare Home Base. You will focus on helping clients achieve greater independence and function in their home environment 1.
