Number of Beds - 22 (with a vertical space area for additional patients)
Number of Staff - approx. 50
Type of staff: o Day Shift - ( 1 CC, 5-6 nurses, 1 tech, 1 medic) o Night Shift - (1 CC, 5-6 nurses, 1 secretary, 1 tech/medic)
Patient Ratios - 1:4
Type of equipment - Phillips & GE Monitors, Level 1 Rapid Infuser
EMR - Meditech (EDM) Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Strong IV skills- adults & pediatric
Excellent communication skills Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Trauma experience, TNCC
Meditech experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Cardioversion
Central line placements
Cardiac arrests
IV insertions, EKGs, etc. (basic ER skills)
Pacemaker interrogation
Code Stroke protocol
Code Sepsis protocol
Suture/abscess set up Best personality Fit:

BLS, ACLS, PALS & CPI Floating Area(s):
Potentially to our FSED (approximately 15mins away) Dress Code :
Scrub Color/Attire - Teal top with black or teal bottoms Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Weekends and On call(if any)
Every other weekend, atleast 1 Friday & 1 Monday of a 4 week schedule. No on call required.
