20-25 patients, 4.5 visits per day on average (may be less if a day of higher travel). It can vary from 25-60 miles per day depending on the territory, patient census, staff availability, ect. Try to keep it to a minimum as much as possible.
Mileage reimbursed at the government approved Float: potential to Medford, Antigo, WI Rapids . This would be limited as right now the highest need is in Wausau. Required
AHA or ARC BLS, Active WI or Compact license, Valid Driver's license, OASIS cert a PLUS. Minimum
2+ years home health experience, Prior travel experience REQUIRED. Charting
Oasis required, experience with Epic Remote Client/Remote CareUnit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): Oasis admissions, all time points, episode management, dr calls and coordination of care, documentation in EMR timely, clinical competencies in wound, IV, ports, Lab draws, chronic disease management. If called back in, they will have call back . GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
During flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times. This is an Aspirus policy, and compliance is mandatory (No exceptions). Failure to follow the policy may result in corrective action.
