Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership teamSelf-Scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growthHere’s What You Need· Nursing Diploma Nursing Required Or· Associate's Degree Nursing Required Or· Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred· 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting Required· 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting Preferred 1 year of NICU experience is highly preferred 1 year of charge or relief charge experience or other leadership experience is preferred · RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required And STABLE upon hire is preferred· BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And· NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 days Required And· NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 days Required And CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 days
