Job OverviewFairview has an immediate opening for a full-time, salaried Registered Nurse Supervisor, Patient Care supporting the Sleep Lab across multiple clinic locations, including Riverside Professional Building, Brooklyn Park, Burnsville, and Edina. This position is approved for 1.0 FTE (80 hours every two weeks) and is typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Some on-call and weekend coverage may be required to support operational needs. Clinics provides professional nursing care for clinic patients following established nursing standards and practices. As a member of the care team, the Supervisor Patient Care
Clinics supports quality patient and family-centered care principles through performing a variety of high level functions within a care team to support the needs of the healthcare team and patients/families.The Supervisor Patient Care
Clinics will educate patients and the public about various medical conditions, maintain complete, timely and accurate clinical documentation for each patient and continually look for opportunities to improve processes and workflow.Responsible for managing the operations of designated staff, both clinical and non-clinical. Oversight of front desk, check in, and non- clinical staff operations. Provides work flow direction and management that is consistent with achieving department and organizational objectives.
