Role PurposeResponsible for the system-wide ergonomics program designed to reduce the cost of musculoskeletal injuries and prevent musculoskeletal injuries. ResponsibilitiesFacilitates the selection and proper use of ergonomically correct tools and patient handling equipment. Develops and conducts employee education.

Promotes safe patient handling programs. Tracks and communicates injury reports and trends with hospital management. Partners with occupational health departments to develop employee injury reduction and prevention projects.
