What you’ll do
Complete preventive, corrective, andComplete preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work orders
Troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanicalTroubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and structural issues
Perform minor carpentry, paintingPerform minor carpentry, painting, and wall repairs
Inspect and maintain facilityInspect and maintain facility equipment and emergency systems
