Required BSN. Preferred Work Experience At least one year professional nurse experience within the last five years in an acute care setting.
Required One year of experience in home care and hospital discharge planning. Preferred Licenses & Certifications Valid RN license. Required Must possess a current, valid driver’s license issued by the individual’s state of residence.
