Every third Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. You will work at the UW Health 2550 Charles St Clinic. Required Must possess a current, valid driver’s license issued by the individual’s state of residence. Required An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired.
A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided.
