Provides correct information in assisting patients and their families on finding their way throughout our facilities. Creates a positive first impression and presents a positive presence by providing excellent customer service consistent with the established guidelines and goals of Mercy Hospital-Springfield. Performs related duties as assigned.

High school graduate or equivalent. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:- Demonstrate skills in communication and the ability to deal with a variety of people.- Also possess good judgment and dependable.- Must have good understanding and knowledge of basic windows (word, excel & email)Working Conditions, Mental and Physical
