Certifications
Legal Assistant or Paralegal degree and/or certificate preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a legal support role, with demonstrated expertise in corporate, real estate, and/or litigation matters.
✓Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (required), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Lexis, and internet-based legal research tools.
✓Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy.
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong customer service, and professional correspondence.
