✓Demonstrated experience supporting server environments, virtualization platforms, storage technologies, and enterprise infrastructure.
✓Strong understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity, backup strategies, and infrastructure resiliency.
✓Experience managing complex technology environments including hybrid and cloud-connected infrastructure.
✓Ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful business conversations with operational and executive leaders.
✓Proven success coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
✓Strong change leadership skills with the ability to gain buy-in, influence stakeholders, and guide teams through transformation.
✓Experience building strong vendor partnerships and effectively managing vendor performance.
✓Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
✓Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
✓Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating across technical disciplines.
✓Technical knowledge of virtualization, storage platforms, server infrastructure, database environments, and enterprise systems operations.
✓Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
✓Two years of leadership experience.
✓Two years of experience managing projects.
Experience with Lean, Kaizen, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methodologies preferred.
Five years of information services experience, preferably in healthcare. preferred
