The Manager – Practice Operations role is responsible for supervising both clinical and administrative staff and coordinating the daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction. Bachelor's Degree preferred. License/Certifications: N/A
Two or more years' management/supervisory experience preferred. Hospital/outpatient clinic management preferred. The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $77,147.20 to $104,353.60 per year. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
