We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to premature and critically ill infants in our Level IV NICU.
Working alongside a highly skilled neonatology team, you will deliver family-centered care, support positive patient outcomes, and help families navigate complex medical situations with compassion and expertise.
Provide comprehensive nursing care based on each infant's medical, developmental, and family needs. Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition, including infants requiring intensive and specialized care. Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
Educate and support parents and caregivers throughout the patient’s care journey. Promote patient and family-centered care through respectful communication, information sharing, participation, and collaboration.
