ResponsibilitiesThe Coordinator, Transport Services-RN should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills. This role develops and executes educational programs for all discipline levels on the transport team. Responsibilities include but not limited to coordinates orientation programs for new team members as well as assesses and monitors current team members’ development, educational opportunities, and education goals.
Additional responsibilities included outreach education and relationship development with referring facilities and ems services across the region in collaboration with the team’s medical director. To maintain competencies and skill set, a minimum of 10 shifts as a transport RN over a 10-week schedule rotation will be required. QualificationsRequired:Three years of transport experienceBachelor Degree Registered Nurse and one of the following within two years of hire: CEN, CPEN, CFRN, CTRN, TCRN Desired:Previous coordinator experienceMaster Degree
