You’ll need
Education
✓Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field required
Qualifications
✓Applicants for this position should have experience aligning provider capacity, patient demand, and operational resources to improve access, support growth, and achieve organizational performance objectives across outpatient care settings.
✓Seven (7) or more years of progressive leadership experience in an integrated, matrixed healthcare environment required
✓Experience developing and executing enterprise-wide ambulatory access strategies
✓Expertise in ambulatory operations, including scheduling, referral management, contact center operations, patient registration, and access optimization
✓Experience leveraging analytics, performance metrics, and customer insights to improve access, experience, and operational outcomes
✓Demonstrated success developing high-performing teams through coaching, talent development, accountability, and servant leadership
✓Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, build alignment, and successfully implement strategic and operational initiatives
✓Strong business and financial acumen
✓Strategic thinking
Five (5) or more years of demonstrated success leading ambulatory access, contact center, scheduling, referral management, clinic operations, digital access, or related patient access functions preferred
