Clinical Education and Classroom Instruction. Facilitates instructor-led and hands-on training programs using evidence-based practices and adult learning principles.. Utilizes a variety of instructional methods to promote learner engagement, knowledge retention, and skill development.. Conducts initial, ongoing, and remediation competency assessments for clinical support staff..

Evaluates employee knowledge, technical skills, clinical judgment, and procedural competency through observation and performance-based assessments..
