Services include cardiac care and cardiovascular medicine, emergency care for all ages, surgery services — including robotic-assisted surgery with the da Vinci® Surgical System, a weight–loss program, orthopedic services, outpatient and inpatient radiology and rehabilitation, respiratory care, sleep, oncology, wound care and women’s and children’s services. The Maintenance Technician II performs intermediate-level maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of building systems and equipment. This role conducts detailed troubleshooting, resolves equipment malfunctions, and restores operation of critical systems such as air handlers, HVAC components, and temperature-control devices. The technician responds to work orders and system failures with minimal supervision, often during off-shift hours, and provides technical support to Maintenance Worker I staff and hospital departments.
Work is performed in accordance with departmental procedures, safety regulations, and regulatory standards. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
